Vindicia, a US provider of SaaS billing services for online merchants, and hybris, a SAP company and a Swiss-based e-commerce platform provider, have entered a partnership which is set to allow sellers of digital goods to provide customers with an end-to-end engagement, from merchandizing, offer management and product sales to subscription billing.

Under the terms of the partnership, the two companies are set to combine the subscription-enabling and recurring billing of Vindicia’s CashBox with the hybris Commerce Suite. The integration is set to be made available through the hybris Extend marketplace.

hybris provides a multichannel commerce software solution which integrates product content, commerce operations and a channel to assist retailers, manufacturers and other businesses in delivering an enhanced experience for their customers across the online, in-store and mobile channels. hybris has over 300 customers worldwide running more than 2,500 websites.

In recent news, enterprise application software provider SAP has completed the acquisition of Swiss e-commerce platform provider hybris.
