Thursday 14 July 2011 13:36 CET | News

MetraTech, a US-based provider of charging, billing and settlement services, and Scribe, a global data integration provider, have teamed up to connect the Metanga cloud billing application to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business applications.

Using the Scribe Online service, customers can integrate customer and transactional data between the Metanga application and other online and on-premise business applications. The Scribe online offering is built on the Windows Azure platform.

The Metanga service enables the management of customer enrollment, product catalogs, pricing, promotions, invoicing, customer self-care and payment capture. As a result, the Metanga offering currently provides Microsoft’s 78,000 independent software vendor (ISV) customers with the option of cloud-based enrollment, billing and customer care.

The integration is expected to be showcased at Microsoft’s 2011 Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC), in Los Angeles.
