Mutuaide Assistance selects Accelya for e-invoicing service

Mutuaide Assistance, the subsidiary of international insurance groupGroupama providing general assistance services, has entered an agreement with French Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider Accelya.

Under the terms of the deal, Mutuaide Assistance has chosen electronic invoicing powered by Accelya to handle its 400,000 supplier invoices. The project is focused initially on France, before being rolled out to other European countries in 2012.

Accelya offers Clear’ Invoice, an outsourced e-invoicing service that is set to handle all supplier, customer or intra-group internal invoices. The service can adapt to the formats required by the various parties and enables different types of dematerialisation to be combined and paper invoices to be managed in the context of overall projects.

Mutuaide Assistance has 450 employees and two assistance centres, in Paris and Nantes, France.
