Norway-based Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi) has selected service provider for electronic invoices EVRY as the access point for e-invoicing for the public sector. From 1 July 2012, invoices sent to public sector bodies are set to be delivered electronically.

Under the agreement, a standard e-commerce format (EHF) is set to be used so that users send and receive documents in the same formats.

EVRY was formed from the merger of Norway-based IT companies, EDB Business Partner and ErgoGroup. The company distributes electronic business documents in both Norway and the Nordic region as a whole through its message platforms.
