Under the agreement, PayCargo’s B2B commercial payments service is set to keep all of the current tools it offers for ocean and add new specific tools related to how each of the other modes of transportation operate. This allows for players in the supply chain to use the service to settle accounts for receivables and payables. Air, trucking and rail industries are set to begin using the service in Q2 of 2012.
In October 2011, Four Soft, a global provider of software for logistics and transportation industry has entered a partnership with PayCargo, a provider of e-invoicing and settlement solutions for the shipping industry and part of e-commerce and payment processing company First Data.
