PreCash, Cachet Financial Solutions make Evolve Money available to Cricket Wireless customers

PreCash, a payments and transaction processing company, has entered an agreement with Cachet Financial Solutions, a provider of remote deposit capture (RDC) services.

Under the agreement, the two companies are set to make Evolve Money, an online and mobile app that enables consumers to track and pay bills without a bank account, credit, debit or prepaid card, available to customers of Cricket Wireless, a prepaid wireless services provider. Evolve Money provides bill payment to approximately 10,000 billers, including bill pay for Cricket service.

Evolve Money is a bill payment service provided by PreCash. Evolve Money comes pre-installed as an app on select Cricket Android devices.

Evolve Money is a service that provides cash-paying consumers with a way to pay bills online or with a mobile device. It allows customers to use REloadit Packs or Evolve Pay Bucks to load cash, similar to using a gift card online. Soon it is set to allow users to pay with Visa, MasterCard and Discover debit cards and prepaid cards.

Users of Evolve Money are also set to have the cability to upgrade to the Evolve Wallet, which is based on technology developed by PreCash and Cachet. Evolve Wallet comes with a prepaid debit card and a number of financial services, including purchasing, instant check fund-to-card loading, cash withdrawals from ATMs, person-to-person (P2P) payments, bill pay and others.

In recent news, Cachet Financial Solutions has partnered with provider of mobile banking solutions Nitro Mobile Solutions to integrate mobile deposit into Nitros mobile banking application.
