Under the terms of the deal, ReadSoft is expected to provide the organization, whose identity is yet to be disclosed, with its purchase-to-pay automation, order-to-cash, and HR-document processes and workflows. The agreement is worth an initial EUR 520,000 and ReadSoft’s document automation is to be deployed throughout Europe via a UK data centre.
In January 2011 , ReadSoft signed separate agreements with four companies, whose identities have yet to be disclosed, for the deployment of its invoice automation services.
