Under the terms of the deal, ReadSoft is expected to provide the US Service Bureau with its accounts payable (AP) offering via its reseller partner, NMS Imaging, in a bid to automate the Bureau’s medical document processing.
The deal is valued at USD 510,000 and was signed during Q2 2011.
In a recent development , ReadSoft has entered an agreement with an Australian government shared services provider, whose identity is yet to be disclosed.
