Sprint Prepaid Group, PreCash partner for mobile bill payment app for Boost Mobile

US-based prepaid debit card services provider PreCash has entered a partnership with Sprint Prepaid Group, a division of US wireline communications services company Sprint Nextel, to develop a mobile bill payment app for Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile USA customers.

The app is set to enable customers to pay utility bills from their mobile devices. Additionally, customers are set to be able to pay bills for cable, insurance, residential phone services and other national, regional and local services providers.

The app is set to be available in March 2012 on Boost Mobile handsets including payLo and it is set to work with both Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.

PreCash was founded in 1998 and it provides bill payment processing services, walk-in payments services, Visa prepaid card and MasterCard products and solutions and mobile financial solutions for service providers, financial institutions, consumers, the mobile industry, retailers and others.
