The newly-launched service has been developed using SunGard’s standard BPM technology, namely Infinity Process Platform, and is set to offer corporations configurable workflows around the management of routing scenarios, such as return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), vendor compliance, errors in price or discount, quantity, tax disputes, freight charges, early or late shipments and missing or unexpected returns of goods.
Moreover, the service is set to interface with the AvantGard Receivables order-to-cash offering.
In recent news, SunGard has added new features to its web-based business continuity planning tool PLANet to enable community banks and credit unions to build their business plans according to financial industry regulations and best practices.
