Taulia acquires billFLO

US-based provider of dynamic discounting and self-service vendor portals Taulia has acquired US web-based cash-flow management system provider billFLO.

The acquisition is effective immediately and the organization is expected to operate under the Taulia brand name. In addition, Ian Sweeney will join the Taulia management team in a service strategy role.

Founded in April 2008, billFLO provides a web-based cash-flow management system that offers small businesses a dashboard view of their finances. billFLO delivers a centralized electronic platform for sending and receiving invoices, tracking expense reports and integrating with various accounting systems, including Harvest, FreshBooks, Less Accounting, Quickbooks and Blinksale, as well as proprietary systems of large enterprises.

In March 2011 , Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, a US-based independent Coca-Cola bottler, has selected Taulia to automate its invoice processing.
