TelZar 019 selects FTS for Leap Billing, customer care service

International calling services provider TelZar 019 has selected Israel-based billing services provider FTS for the implementation of its Leap Billing, customer care service.

The implementation of FTS’ Leap Billing offering includes charging, billing and customer care as well as interconnect billing. Leap Billing also allows 019 to manage the relationships with its dealers and resellers through the Reseller Management module. Based on FTS’ business-control technology (DoTree), the service captures events delivered over single or multiple network technologies and responds to them based on a preconfigured set of business policies or actions.

FTS is a provider of billing, customer care and policy control solutions for communications and content service providers. FTS deploys its end-to-end, stand-alone and add-on telecom billing and policy control solutions to customers in over 40 countries and implements services in wireless, wireline, cable, content and broadband markets including cross-network installations.
