Under the terms of the extended deal, SPS is set to provide multi-channel billing services for UK Mail’s customers and franchised partners. SPS will thus continue to provide e-billing, print and online document management services to its customers and franchised offices, as well as drive the uptake of electronic delivery by managing the transition of all credits, debits and claims from physical print and postal dispatch to a digital delivery solution.
SPS dedicated online portal for UK Mail operates as a pull solution enabling customers and partners to access their current and historic account data. They can use the website to check the status of their accounts and view or download their invoices, statements, credits and debits.
