Under the terms of the deal, Proactis is expected to provide A4e’s UK branches with its cloud-based procurement suite for sourcing, contract management and supplier engagement via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription.
A4e already uses the Proactis purchase-to-pay offering for electronic acquisition of indirect products and services from purchase orders to payables.
A4e employs over 3,400 people in nine countries.
