Under the terms of the deal, SPS is set to manage the electronic distribution of Morplans customer invoices, statements, credit notes and reminders (circa. 20,000 documents each month).
The SPS e-billing platform is set to operate as both a push and pull solution for multi-channel bill fulfilment. The ‘pull’ side of the solution will enable Morplan customers to access their account data through a dedicated online portal, while invoices will also be ‘pushed’ to customers electronically as PDF attachments. Customers can use the website to check the status of their accounts and view or download invoices and statements and raise and resolve queries.
