Veracity Payment Solutions, SecureNet Payment Systems enter processing services deal

US payment services provider Veracity Payment Solutions has closed a multi-year processing contract with payment processing firm SecureNet Payment Systems.

Under the terms of the agreement, Veracity can offer internet processing services including e-invoicing, Pinless debit and ACH processing solutions. In addition, Veracity will acquire a part of SecureNets merchant portfolio of nearly 1,500 retail locations. As a result, its merchant base will include nearly 8,000 merchant locations across the US.

SecureNet provides Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover merchant accounts as well as electronic storage and payment services. Its SecureNet Virtual Terminal, SecurePoS and SecureVault services are used by financial institutions, independent sales organizations, payment processors, small- and medium-sized businesses as well as enterprise institutions.
