Zoho rolls out Zoho Books accounting software

US developer of online invoicing technology for SMEs and consumers Zoho has launched the online accounting software Zoho Books.

Zoho Books is set to assist small and medium-sized businesses with accounting, providing a tool for managing their money. Zoho Books enable businesses to manage their customers and invoices, to record, monitor and reconcile their bank accounts and transactions.

Via Zoho’s accounting software, users can generate custom estimates and invoices in multiple currencies, as well as receive payments online, automate recurring invoices and other repetitive tasks, and send out payment reminders. Users can also record bills from purchases, services and other expenses, track bank and credit card transactions such as deposits, fund transfers, credit card charges, maintain contact information and also gain access to reports which provide updates on overall business. Books provides its users with a dashboard to get an overview of the company’s financial standing.

Zoho provides over 20 internet-based applications for businesses spanning collaboration, business and productivity .
