According to Marbridge Daily, an online newsletter managed by the firm Marbridge Consulting, there has been a recent filing submitted to China’s State Administration for Industry and Commerce showing a clear change in Chinabank Payments’ legal representative.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed yet.
