Acquia, Commerce Guys partner to offer e-commerce services

Acquia, a commercial software company and the e-commerce software publisher Commerce Guys which powers Drupal Commerce have entered a partnership to provide e-commerce services to businesses.

The combined offerings include services such as hosting on the Drupal-optimized Acquia Cloud platform and tools and support of the Acquia Network.

In February 2011, Commerce Guys has released a beta version for building online stores. The beta version is set to offer a path for developers without changes to tables, fields, or APIs and includes upgrade paths and automated testing.
