Acquity Group files for USD 55 mln IPO

Acquity Group, an e-commerce and digital marketing company, has filed for a USD 55 million initial public offering (IPO). The documentation has been filled with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Main bookrunners include Adobe, Allstate, American Express, Discover, General Motors, HTC and Motorola. In 2011, the company’s sales rose by 47 percent, reaching USD 107 million and operating income increased from USD 5 million to USD16 million.

In 2011, Acquity Group has entered a partnership with Demandware, an e-commerce platform provider, which has also revealed plans to raise USD 74 million.
