Via this acquisition, the company aims to improve the stickiness of its website by adding to the range of export-related value-added services available to members in the whole transaction chain.

The acquisition of One-Touch follows the purchase of business management services developer Alisoft, Hi-China, an internet infrastructure services company as well as Vendio and Auctiva, two US providers of e-commerce services for online merchants. Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.
