ASICS selects hybris Commerce for the infrastructure of its new global consumer websites

hybris Japan K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of Swiss e-commerce platform provider hybris, has been selected by ASICS, a provider of athletic footwear, apparel and accessories, for its Commerce Suite.

The solution will support ASICS’s omni-channel deployments and B2C commerce with consumers. The company has started designing and integrating the new system in the US in 2013 before it rolls it out to other countries.

The hybris Commerce Suite provides a series of features including various automated calculation capabilities, multi-language interfaces for business users and intuitive tools allowing even for non-technical employees.

hybris provides a multichannel commerce software solution which integrates product content, commerce operations and a channel to help retailers, manufacturers and other businesses create a new experience for their customers from online, to in-store and mobile. hybris has over 300 customers worldwide running more than 2,500 websites.
