As part of the deal, ChannelAdvisor will offer support for the following product categories: home &garden, home improvement & tools, software, sporting goods and watches. Additionally, customers will gain access to ChannelAdvisor’s Amazon 360 dashboard, a new feature of the Marketplaces service, which allows retailers to analyze their performance on Amazon.
The service is currently unavailable because Amazon has not yet released Fulfillment by Amazon in Canada. Fulfillment by Amazon allows sellers to warehouse their inventory in an Amazon fulfillment center. Once orders are received, Amazon will pick up, pack, deliver and service them on the sellers behalf.
Via the newest addition to the global platform, ChannelAdvisor has become the only e-commerce marketing platform which supports retailers selling on Amazon in the US, Canada, the UK, France and Germany.
