The newly introduced enables students in the UK and Europe to access eTextbooks and digital course materials using a web-enabled device.
Following the international expansion plans first announced in May 2011, CourseSmart has also launched its Online Sampling Platform, which enables faculty members in the UK and Europe to preview and select eTextbook titles for use in specific courses. The e-commerce platform will provide all of the functions of traditional textbooks in addition to new upgraded features.
Founded in 2007, CourseSmart provides services to four business segments such as online direct retail for students, indirect distribution of course materials to students through bookstores, online faculty textbook evaluation services and institutional services for faculty and students who are integrated within campus technology ecosystems.
