Under the terms of the deal, GSI is expected to provide Betsey Johnson with several products and services, including e-commerce technology, payments processing service and a marketing offering.
In addition to design and photography services, GSI’s Global Marketing Services division is also set to provide the online retailer with e-mail service via its e-Dialog platform.
Moreover, Betsey Johnson is expected to implement the GSI Commerce Exchange platform for several services, such as order management and inventory management capabilities, as well as payments, taxation and fraud prevention services.
The Betsey Johnson online stores offer international shipping to over 35 countries.
