Hermes delivers fulfilment services, including online ordering system, distribution of the products from its warehouse as well as return logistics.
CDC e-commerce platform offers a multichannel commerce strategy to customers addressing call centres, public marketplaces like eBay, web and mobile communications. CDC Softwares services include enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing operations management, enterprise manufacturing intelligence, supply chain management (demand management, order management and warehouse and transportation management), global trade management and customer relationship management (CRM).
