Russian online store Lamoda has raised USD 130 million in a funding round led by investment companies Access Industries, Summit Partners and Tengelmann.

The new investors will take a direct stake in Lamoda in an all cash-for-equity deal.

This round of financing represents the largest e-commerce investment in Russia and the CIS to date and is an indication of investors’ confidence in the online retailer after two years of steady growth.

The company has recently focused on regional expansion and upgrading its logistics system.
