Merchant e-Solutions launches PayEverywhere m-payment app suite

US internet-based payment services provider Merchant e-Solutions (MeS) has rolled out a suite of mobile payment apps on its PayEverywhere platform.

The newly-launched payment apps are currently available for the iPhone, iPad, as well as for Android- and Blackberry-powered devices. The PayEverywhere service is set to offer mobile merchants an option to accept cards, either card-swiped or key-entered. Merchants can view their recent activity in a transaction log, check batch totals and settle batches from their mobile devices.

In addition, other features are set to include the option to send email receipts, connectivity with Bluetooth printers and card readers, as well as the possibility to create customer records and establish recurring billing records. Moreover, transactions processed through these mobile apps are expected to appear in a merchants PayEverywhere Virtual Terminal reporting, thus offering management and reporting capabilities.

Merchant e-Solutions currently processes over USD 14 billion in payments for 65,000 merchants, supporting 150 global currencies and all major credit, debit and alternative payment services. The company delivers services for e-commerce and card-not-present merchants.

In recent news , the Global Positioning System (GPS) brand Magellan has entered a partnership with Merchant e-Solutions (MeS) to integrate the latter’s payment services.
