NimbleCommerce teams up with Group Commerce

NimbleCommerce, an enterprise local marketing and e-commerce platform, and Group Commerce, an e-commerce company, have teamed up to design a new e-commerce platform and distribution network, which will operate under the NimbleCommerce brand.

As part of the agreement, Group Commerce customers will be able to participate in the NimbleCommerce Offers Network, enabling further distribution and inventory selection opportunities. The combined entity includes more than 100 marquee publishers and media companies in 14 countries including: Cumulus Media, Digital First Media, The New York Times Company, DailyCandy, Golf Channel, Johnston Press, The Evening Standard, Thrillist, Restaurant.com.

Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.

NimbleCommerce provides services such as an e-commerce platform with group buying dynamics, coupon redemption system for merchants, a merchandising and promotion system, syndication platform, mobile support, email campaign management, analytics and reporting.
