PFSweb offers kate spade new york e-commerce and mobile support

US designer brand retailer kate spade new york has entered a partnership with e-commerce services provider PFSweb to implement the latter’s e-commerce service for its new website.

Under the terms of the deal, PFSweb will support the new kate spade new york online store on its End2End eCommerce service featuring the Demandware e-commerce platform.

Alongside with its e-commerce service, PFSweb is also set to provide the new website with order management, payment processing, customer care and digital marketing services. The Demandware platform, powered by the US online commerce services developer Demandware, allows access to merchandizing capabilities included in the online store.

Additionally, kate spade new york also offers mobile support for smart phones, tablets and other mobile platforms, via the PFSweb customized version of the Demandware mobile reference application. Launched on 9 March 2011, kate spade new york’s new website combines commerce and content enabling customers to make purchases.

PFSweb’s e-commerce offering is targeted at professional services, technology, customer care and supply chain services.
