RRD rolls out ecommerce solution for retail catalogues

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) has launched Digicom, an ecommerce solution aimed to transform catalogues into interactive experiences across web, mobile, and email.

The solution is focused on streamlining the process through which customers view and purchase advertised products by providing direct access and embedded options, and ensuring interactivity. Digicom is backed by a digital analytics suite that provides insights into engagement patterns and informs marketing decisions.

Key features of Digicom:

  • direct links to product pages and multiple options to engage with additional content – all embedded in a mobile platform;

  • real-time feedback: digital insights include live access to Google Analytics data, post-campaign reporting, mouse-mapping, and geographic engagement maps;
