US electronic payment services provider Sino Payments has entered an agreement with Valitor as an agent to refer European credit and debit card accepting merchants.

Under the terms of the contract, Sino Payments will be able to market to and sign up both e-commerce and physical store merchants across the European continent by partnering with Valitor with a single data processing platform available worldwide.

Sino Payments is a credit card processing and merchant acquiring services company that provides credit card clearing services to merchants and financial institutions in China and throughout Asia. Apart from providing ecommerce processing capability, Sino Payments proprietary IP transaction processing system (SinoPay GPP) can convert transaction processing systems from old type dial up POS systems linked to sophisticated check out terminals to a modern IP transaction process.
