WebAssist introduces new e-commerce service

Tuesday 26 October 2010 09:09 CET | News

WebAssist, an e-commerce solution provider, has released a new e-commerce service which enables website owners to add a shopping cart to their website or blog by copying and pasting a few lines of code.

Dubbed Cashie, the service leverages the PayPal X Developer Platform to enable payments via PayPal and credit cards. Cashie’s e-commerce in the cloud technology can also be used with open source content management systems such as Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla. The service does not require any additional software to download or install so it works well with web-publishing platforms such as Blogger, Yola, and Weebly.

WebAssist hosts a community of more than 300,000 web designers, web developers and business owners who build and run e-commerce websites.
