Zalando has implemented the click-and-collect scheme into its business for the trial, internetworld.de reports. A number of customers of Zalando are allowed to order their goods online and buy them from a Frankfurt storefront.
Customers can also return and try bought goods at the same store. Zalando is now working on collecting feedback from the customers, such as customer satisfaction ratio on goods purchase.
