Zeon Solutions acquires Grand River

Zeon Solutions, an enterprise e-commerce, web services and custom application development company, has acquired e-commerce development firm Grand River.

As a result, Zeon will be able to expand its presence across the US. Grand River will continue to operate under its own name.

The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed yet.
Both companies provide contract software and development services focused on e-commerce, search optimization, content management and mobile applications, with Zeon focusing more on industrial customers and Grand River focusing on retailers.

In recent news, Zeon Solutions and Insite Software, a provider of B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, have entered a partnership to deliver B2B e-commerce websites for organizations using Microsoft .NET and Sitecore services.
