Dubbed Z-Force 3.0, the application is supported by two cloud platforms, salesforce.com and Zuora, and includes a suite of functionalities such as e-commerce, pricing, quoting, orders, and support features to manage recurring subscription and usage-based businesses.
The new application is set to complement Zuora’s other subscription billing products, namely, Z-Billing, Z-Payments, and Z-Commerce.
