Financial services provider Alpine Bank has partnered US integrated self-service delivery and security systems company Diebold for the implementation of the MobiTransact platform at Alpine Bank of Grand Junction.

As a result of the agreement, Alpine Bank will provide its customers with access to their accounts, anywhere at any time, without requiring an online banking account. MobiTransact provides both text and browser support to a variety of mobile devices.

Alpine Bank has also revealed plans to leverage its existing ATM technology with Diebolds latest version of one-to-one direct marketing at the ATM. Campaign Office enables targeted marketing campaigns, allowing institutions to capture customer banking preferences and integrate the data with back-end customer relationship management systems.

With 37 convenient locations and USD 2.7 billion in assets, Alpine Bank serves over 130,000 customers with retail, business, trust, asset management, mortgage and electronic banking services.
