Banco Sabadell rolls out Instant Check m-payment service

Spanish financial institution Banco Sabadell has rolled out an m-payment service, dubbed Instant Check.

The newly-launched product is set to work as a cheque paying-in, by taking photos of the cheque via mobile phones. Banco Sabadell is the first European financial institution to launch this kind of service

The service is expected to be available for several mobile platforms, such as the iPhone and Android-based devices.

In addition, the bank has also launched a new native version of its BS Mobile service, which is set to display account information, enable Spanish customers to access their preferred operations, as well as adapt their banking operations to any mobile app. The app is available for Android mobile phones and tablets, using the same operating system.

Moreover, Banco Sabadell’s native apps are set to enable the bank’s clients to access several social networks, such as Youtube, Twitter and Facebook.
