Bango launches direct carrier billing for Windows Phone Store

Friday 28 June 2013 09:29 CET | News

US mobile payments and analytics company Bango has launched direct carrier billing for Microsoft’s Windows Phone Store with Mobile Network Operator (MNO) Indosat in Indonesia.

This enables Windows Phone users to purchase digital content without the use of premium SMS messages or the limitations of credit cards. Instead, users enjoy one-click operator billing, charging the cost to their phone bill, without the need to register personal details.

In recent news, Bango has signed a global payments services agreement with Mozilla. The terms of the agreement have not yet been disclosed.
