Bank of Africa selects Clear2Pay for mobile banking service

African financial institution the Bank of Africa has selected Clear2Pay, the international technology provider of payment solutions for financial institutions, clearing and settlement companies and corporates for the latter’s Mobile Internet Banking (MIB) service.

Under the agreement, the bank is set to use Clear2Pay’s MIB service to provide its customers with mobile financial services in 13 countries.

Clear2Pay is a financial technology company focused on providing financial services institutions with electronic payments technology. Clear2Pay operates in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, Senegal, US, Australia, China, Malaysia and Singapore.

In recent news, Clear2Pay has launched the ViVa wallet which allows banks to provide payment services to their retail and corporate customers including merchant payment, utility bill payment, small business accounts and P2P payments.
