Under the agreement, the new program combines a Banorte deposit account linked to a MasterCard debit card, with mobile payments services and a nationwide network of bank agents. MiFon users will be able to withdraw funds at any Banorte ATM and send money from one account to another using their mobile phones. All mobile services are set to be available via SMS text messages.
