BluePay teams up with Payfirma

US credit card processor BluePay has entered an agreement with Canadian mobile payment processing technology company Payfirma to provide a point-of-sale (POS) for tablets.

Under the agreement, Payfirma is set to integrate its tablet solutions with BluePay’s payment platform.

In addition to providing e-commerce, MOTO, retail and virtual terminal transaction processing, BluePay’s platform also provides tablet-based mobile payment solutions through the agreement with Payfirma.

BluePay offers marketing and processing services as well as a web-based information portal to financial institutions and merchants. BluePay also offers electronic bill presentment and payment, recurring billing applications, Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing and full tokenization services. In recent news, BluePay has partnered with US online booking centre WebReserv to provide integrated payment processing for rentals.
