Comviva, MCSL team up for mobile financial services in Bangladesh

Indian provider of value-added services for mobile operators Comviva has entered an agreement with mCommerce Services Limited (MCSL), a Bangladesh-based m-commerce services provider.

Under the agreement, MCSL is set to provide banks in Bangladesh with access to Comviva’s mobile financial platform dubbed mobiquity enabling them to deliver mobile financial services to their customers.

Comviva’s mobiquity platform is currently live or being deployed by 55 service providers globally and delivers mobile financial services to over 490 million mobile subscribers in more than 20 markets across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
