Wednesday 21 March 2012 00:23 CET | News

US-based software development company DataArt has completed the development of mobile banking apps for Plastyc, a US online payment and money management services provider.

The apps are set to provide Plastyc’s UPside Visa cardholders with mobile banking services including checking balances, reviewing transaction histories, activating new accounts, signing up for direct deposits, redeeming cash back points, paying bills, transferring funds to friends as well as issuing paper cheques. Cardholders can also use their smartphones to load funds, pay online, send paper cheques as well as send customer service requests.

DataArt has worked with Plastyc on a number of development projects since 2006, including the back-end systems for Plastyc’s iBankUp prepaid card portal and a mobile banking and payments platform.
