Under the agreement, Fidano will be rolling out the program and activating channel partners in Q2 2013. The integrated program will bring Flint’s swipe-free mobile payments solution to network of merchant service providers, credit unions and community banks. Partners will be able to go from program activation to first customer transactions as a result of an online setup process and an application-based model without any card reader hardware logistics.In November 2012, Flint Mobile launched its mobile payments application for small merchants that uses a phone’s built-in camera to scan card numbers.
