The launch of the mobile money service follows a nine month pilot program that Voila and Unibank have completed with international relief and development agency Mercy Corps.
With T-Cash’s e-wallet, Voila customers can make peer-to-peer money transfers, pay bills and receive payments. Moreover, users can convert the funds into cash, as well as use them to purchase items, such as food and shelter materials.
