Heartland Payment Systems launches m-payment acceptance service for restaurant owners and managers

US-based payments processor Heartland Payment Systems has launched a mobile payment acceptance service for restaurant owners and managers dubbed Mobuyle Restaurant.

The Mobuyle Restaurant service enables restaurant staff to accept credit, debit and gift card payments with Android smartphones and other mobile devices. Additionally, the service enables food runners/servers as well as delivery drivers to accept payments on the spot.

In recent news, Heartland Payment Systems has launched a suite of mobile applications for higher education institutions in the US. Heartlands new apps are available on Android and Apple iOS devices and enable students and administrators to use their smartphones or mobile phones for on-campus purchases and to access information connected to Heartlands Campus OneCard System, a campus management system and multi-functional campus ID card.
