US-based mobile payment services provider Hybrid Paytech, a division of mobile credit and PIN debit payment company Freeport Capital, has entered a strategic alliance with KoamTac, a trading and consulting company, to offer mobile payment services.

Under the agreement, Hybrid Paytech is set to provide PCI-compliant transactional software to work with KoamTac’s scanning/card-reading hardware. The app targets customers using iOS, Android, Blackberry or Windows Phone operating systems.

Hybrid’s software, which connects to existing merchant accounts, integrates with retail and enterprise ERP systems to allow for payment processing. The joint payment solutions are set to turn KoamTac’s KDC400 Series transactional sleds into PCI-certified payment devices.

In recent news, Hybrid Paytech has entered an agreement with payments company Froogalit.
