French contactless chip technology company Inside Contactless has joined forces with contactless and mobile loyalty and relationship programs developer Adelya to enable consumers to initiate retail loyalty, ticketing, low-end ID and other transactions via their mobile phones.

According to the agreement, Inside Contactless is offering Adelya PicoPass contactless stickers to turn mobile phones into contactless loyalty cards. PicoPass is a contactless memory chip used in access control, transit, low-end ID, retail loyalty, ticketing and other applications.

Inside Contactless has also made its Accesso USB desktop contactless readers available to offer contactless capabilities for Adelyas Loyalty Operator Platform. The platform integrates digital marketing services for managing and operating customer loyalty and relationship. Customers can use a contactless loyalty sticker for instant identification at the point of sale, for access to loyalty programs via mobile phone or PC, as well as participation in marketing activities. Over 300,000 loyalty cards featuring contactless stickers have already been made available to French customers of a childrens clothing retailer.

The PicoPass stickers are manufactured for Inside by FCI Microconnections.
