Friday 30 September 2011 10:21 CET | News

UK financial services provider Lloyds TSB has added a series of features to its mobile banking offering.

The enhanced mobile banking service is now available across a range of smartphones and enables internet banking customers to access their money and manage their accounts on mobile optimised screens.

Customers can access the mobile banking service through their smartphone’s web browser by logging on with their existing internet banking logon details.

The mobile banking service allows Lloyds TSB customers to view account details and balances on Lloyds TSB personal accounts, savings accounts and credit cards.

Moreover, consumers can view mini-statements (last six transactions) on Lloyds TSB personal current and credit card accounts, pay bills or existing recipients and set up new payment recipients (on most internet enabled smartphones).

Also, they can transfer funds between Lloyds TSB personal accounts or savings accounts and check their credit card limits.

The mobile banking service adds to Lloyds TSB’s existing offer, which includes mobile text alerts and Money Manager.
